Added ability to change FOV (both width and height)
Locked camera modes now use the center of the car as the base (this will
allow you to use your preset views on any car no matter what side the
steering wheel is on)
Fixed Change Preset key (skipped preset 1)
Camera movement speed can be adjusted to move even slower
New Default Camera Presets
