Enhanced Cockpit view

Enhanced Cockpit view for F1 2002. The view is slightly higher than the original, yet is modified to be far enough back in the cockpit to approximate the original view. You are still able to read the LCD quite easily as well. It is close to being a split between the original cockpit view and the original TV cockpit view. Very useful in being able to see deeper down the track.
