Just open the 2009GAdefault camera zip folder and go in F1 99-02 directory and open the save folder and just copy the default.cfg |

This add-on modifies the position of the the first 2 camera of the Barcelona circuit. I try it on F1-Mania 2009 mod and it worked perfectly.
