Improve frames rates PO

It improves frame rates & PO%. For GP4 version 1.02 only.
It has most things turned on & is very very good in wet conditions. I tested it on a Pentium 3 with 32 mg video and 256 Ram, and it works realy good.

REMEMBER TO BACK UP THE ORIGINAL FILE.
