Correction makes the kerb on the exit of turn 7 behave like a
kerb instead of grass, and makes the green tarmac strip after the
last turn behave like tarmac instead of kerb.

Improve PO and frame rates for patch 9.6.

Paul Boy sent me first the rong file (f1graphics), but now he send me the fixed one.

It improves frame rates & PO%. FOR Patch v 9.6 ONLY.
It has most things turned on & is very very good in wet conditions. I tested it on a Pentium 3 with 32 mg video and 256 Ram, and it works realy good.

REMEMBER TO BACK UP THE ORIGINAL FILE.
