Manual:
Open the TEXTURES.BIN of the car to what you want to add the neon(e.g.: CARS/SKYLINE/TEXTURES.BIN).
Replace the NEON Texture(e.g.: SKYLINE_NEON <-> neon_v_1_1.DDS).
Start the game.

Oeffne die TEXTURES.BIN von dem Auto, das das neue Neon haben soll(z.B.: CARS/GOLF/TEXTURES.BIN).
Ersetzte die dortige NEON Texture(z.B.: GOLF_NEON durch die neon_v_1_1.DDS Datei ersetzen).
Starte das Spiel.
