Adds 18 official "Telstra rally Australia 2004" advertising banners to replace the ones used in the game on the AU stages, it also takes advantage of the texture switching related to the 3 sets of weather (dry, damp, wet) in order to show different advertising banners. |

Some time soon I will release the advertising banners for the other tracks (>54 advertising banners in total or >162 if you include the dry/damp/wet shading) |
