Download Profile: Japan Stages Add Banners v. 0.1

Adds 20 new advertising banners to replace the limited number used in the game on the Japan stages, it also takes advantage of the texture switching related to the 3 sets of weather (dry, damp, wet) in order to show different advertising banners. Some time soon I will release the advertising banners for the other tracks (>54 advertising banners in total or >162 if you include the dry/damp/wet shading)
